Getting there won’t be difficult since we are attached to the expressway of the east which is Marcos hiway or Marilaque hiway… on a 12km radius from the site, famous landmarks include, (schools) Ateneo De Manila, Miriam College, UP, (malls) Robinsons, SM masinag, SM Marikina, Sta Lucia Mall, Ayala mall Feliz, (Hospitals)- Fatima University Hospital, Rizal provincial, Antipolo Medical, Unciano Medical, Marikina Valley medical center, etc… time consumed for these establishments would range from 30mins to 45min… the scenery is pristine, similar to the likes of Tagaytay and Baguio due to the high elevation (300meters above sea level) and cool breeze of the air… but unlike the latter two, Antipolo is a lot nearer to the metro… and that makes the property unique… plus you don’t get to see the the cityscape of metro manila from the north or the south…
